Carrier Registration Info Needed:

1. Carrier DOT Information
To initiate carrier registration we will need your carrier authority letter by email to info@bigoutdoors.co
2. Proof Of Insurance
A COI with Big Outdoors Expedite LLC P.O. Box 1637 La Porte, Indiana 46352 will be required emailed from your insurance carrier to info@bigoutdoors.co listing all vehicles and drivers to be used.
3. Operating Driver
Drivers License photo matching COI @ pick up will be required by text to dispatch at pick up.

4. Vehicle Pictures
Vehicle pictures, dimensions of box , bed or trailer and permanent DOT markings on both sides and license plate visible will be required by email to info@bigoutdoors.co

5. Tracking
Tracking will be assigned to driver.

6. Carrier Broker Agreement
A completed and signed carrier agreement will be sent and returned signed by PDF filler prior to rate confirmation. Carrier packet will remain on file and valid for 1 year.
